10 DAYS ZIMBABWE AND BOTSWANA ADVENTURE

Embark on a once in a lifetime adventure through the heart of Southern Africa where you will explore some of the iconic wildlife in Africa. This adventure and safari trip will take you through the awe-inspiring thunder of Victoria falls which is re-owned for the roaring falls and the mist-filled rainforest which will captivate your senses, and vibrant wildlife of Chobe National Park-which is also known for its large heard of elephants and many unique wildlife experience. Then will captivate through the largest salt pans in Africa The MAKGADIGKADI SALT PAN, a vast and stark landscape that provide a unique wildlife mostly the beautiful meercats.

The Okavango Delta is a magical of islands and waterways from land, air and water. It is the one of the largest deltas in the world. Unlike most river deltas that empty into an ocean, the Okavango Delta spreads out into the Kalahari Desert creating a vast, lush wetland teeming with wildlife.

DAY ITENARARY

VICTORIA FALLS ZIMBABWE

It is one of the world’s most impressive waterfalls.It is set on the magnificent Zambezi River bordering Zimbabwe and Zambia.A warm welcome will be given to you at Victoria Falls International Airport by our qualified guide driving to your accommodation.After checking in at your accommodation your day will be filled with thrilling activities but the guide will first take you through the stunning views of this waterfall going the gorge.Walk along scenic trails,visit the view point and experience the mist that creates the magical feeling.Your optional activities will include:

* Viewing Poins;Knife-Edge Bridge,Devil’s pool and Lookout Tree

*Helicopter Flight;flight of Angels that gives you stunning aerial views.

*Bungee Jumping;A  111-meter drop from Victoria Falls Bridge

*River Rafting;some of the world’s best rapids on the Zambezi River

*Sunset boat cruise;Boat ride on the Zambezi River with views of Elephants,hippos and crocodiles

Your evening dinner will be either at your accommodation or at the BOMA dinner were you have chance to taste the Zimbabwean food receipts.The second day will be the Zambezi safari walk in the morning  where you are able to see the wildlife on foot with the company of game rangers to protect from any potential danger.After having your lunch,we heard straight to Chobe accommodation in Botswana before doing the evening Safari.

CHOBE NATIONAL PARK

Arriving from Zimbabwe ,we check in at your accommodation,real safari will be awaiting for you.Chobe national park is the Africa’s premier wildlife and is famous for having largest population of elephants that roam the park.The open safari vehicle will be the mode of your transport.This game drive offers guests opportunity to view abundant of  species of animals at very close range.There is also large chance to encouter large predators .Your day can be wrapped up with optional activity of the Chobe boat cruise

CHOBE TO GWETA

On this day we begin our journey driving from Kasane{Chobe} to Gweta.

Gweta is a small village in Botswana between Maun and Francis town.It is also known as the ‘Gateway to the Magkadikgadi Salt Pans and the Nxai Pan National Park.This unique surroundings landscape features white vast areas and large termite mounds and a number of Mopane trees.We will enroute straight to Makgadikgdi salt pan before hearding to the lodge.Activities will be visiting the salt pans,giant Baobab tree,and meet the Meerkats-these are semi-habituated meerkats that allow close up wildlife encounters.After this amazing experince,we go to the lodge.

GWETA TO MAUN

This could be a driving day to Maun a distance of about 205km,the drive can take approximately 2 and half hours.This day will be your relaxing day as we prepare for a great and exciting safaris of Delta.Maun is the strting point for most expeditions into the Okavango delta and as a result has developed into bustling metropolis that is considered as Botswana’s tourism capital.This evening will have dinner at Okavango Craft Brewery.This amazing place was established in 2019 as the first Botswana licenced microbrewery.The brewery is reowned for producing award winning craft beers that incorporate locally sourced millet and mineral water of the Okavango delta,offering a unique taste of the region.

Signature Beers;

*Delta Lager-this is a bohemain-style of a lager with a deep golden hue,soft maltiness, and subtle noble aromas.

*Kingfisher Session IPA-a hop-forward yet refreshing yet refreshing IPA bursting with fruity tropical notes and a crispy,clean bitter finish.

This evening before dinner will learn how they make those beers and go through the craft itself and wrap it by beer tasting after dinner

MAUN TO OKAVANGO DELTA

It’s a driving day going to Okavango Delta for a one night camping.When we arrive then we prepare for afternoon-night game drive after lunch.This magnificent Okavango river sprawls out over the dry Kalahari desert forming this flourishing waterlogged oasis featuring countless meandering waterways and crystal clear lagoons studded with water lilies as well as floodplains and reeded islands inhabited with abundant wildlife.Vast amount of largest birds from vultures,storks,fih eagles and many more.The next morning will have a chance of Makoro canoe Safari{optional} which is the most iconic ways to explore Okavango Delta.It is a traditional dugout canoe used by the Bayei people,originally caved from large trees like the sausage tree.It offers up-close nature experience and see animals like elephants,hippos,crocodiles and red lechwe at water level.

After finishing the Makoro experience we will have lunch at our campsite before driving back to Maun

OKAVANGO DELTA TO MAUN

This will be like wrapping up your safari going back to Maun accommodation.There will still be more chance of seeing wildlife before arriving at the lodge.This will be your last night of the trip.Transfers to the airport will be communicated with your guide.
